Procedures and Policies
Returned Goods Policy
- With the exception of a defective goods return, other PRODUCT returns must be made within 15 days of receipt for a full refund less shipping and handling charges of $30.00.
- Any other authorized PRODUCT returns will be subject to a 15% restocking fee in addition to shipping and handling fees of $30.00.
- A Return Goods Authorization number is required to return any PRODUCT. This number can be obtained by calling Eco-RX and should be readily visible on any returned package and shipping papers.
- Returned PRODUCTS must be in original condition, packaged in its plastic sleeve in the original manufacturers carton, including all extra gross particulate screens and be accompanied by all printed material.
- All Authorized PRODUCT returns must be shipped freight prepaid to the destination specified by Eco-RX. Collect shipments and /or unauthorized returns may be refused.
- Any merchandise returned because of a defect in manufacturing will be credited or exchanged without charge.
Repair Policy
- A Repair Authorization number is required to return any PRODUCT for repair. This number should be marked on the outside of the carton.
- Items should be sent to our Repair department freight prepaid.
- Equipment returned for repairs in an unsanitary condition will be refused or returned to the customer at their expense without any work being accomplished.
Complaint Policy
